Ron Corvino
CEO of Dragonfly Advisors
Corvino is a seasoned performance marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience helping companies improve sales and streamline operations. He co-founded and served as President of Integrated Media Solutions, once the nation’s largest independently owned performance-based media agency, managing $650M in billing. His client roster included major brands such as Consumer Cellular, Clear Choice Dental, Verizon, Merck, AstraZeneca and many more. Corvino played a key role in multiple successful exits, including the sale of Integrated Media Solutions to MDC Partners (MDCA). He co-founded Media Inc. and Media Direct Partners which was acquired by Interpublic Group (IPG). While at IPG, he co-founded Initiative Trading, which later evolved into Orion Worldwide, Ron’s legacy company and sister company of MAGNA Global, the world’s largest media buying company.
Scott Paternoster

Scott J. Paternoster is a technology entrepreneur and performance marketing pioneer who has helped shape modern advertising from its early digital roots to today’s AI-driven ecosystem. As President and CEO of Chief Media, he leads a technology-first media and analytics firm focused on machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced attribution. In 1995, he founded CLIQNOW! Sales Group, one of the earliest interactive sales organizations and a founding company that later became 24/7 Media, where he went on to serve as President of the Media Division, overseeing global operations across five countries. He was also an original founding member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), helping establish early standards that formalized internet advertising as a scalable industry. In 2001, he founded Chief Media with the vision that data intelligence and predictive analytics would define the future of advertising. Under his leadership, the company has built proprietary platforms that unify cross-channel data, attribution, and AI-driven optimization, enabling brands to scale performance across complex media ecosystems.
Gavin Ballas

Gavin helps brands build accountable, performance-driven revenue engines.
He works directly with CEOs and CMOs to align media strategy, agency execution, and data infrastructure around one objective: profitable customer acquisition.
Prior to Dragonfly, Gavin held senior media and acquisition leadership roles, overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets across TV, digital, and emerging channels. He has led agency selection, built integrated attribution frameworks, and driven measurable sales growth for brands operating at scale.
He brings an operator’s discipline to media—focusing on clarity, accountability, and business results over platform metrics.
Vic Golio

Leads with strategic and executional excellence, ensuring a client-centric approach for maximum impact.
With 30+ years in sales and marketing, he’s built and managed teams across the country, driving multimillion-dollar revenues. He helped create the first interactive media sales agency and built Chief Media into a DR powerhouse.
Off duty, he’s a dedicated dad, coaching basketball, lacrosse, and shuttling to gymnastics, while his golf clubs patiently wait.

Having served as CMO for multiple high-growth lead generation companies where he orchestrated the strategic growth of organizations generating over $700M in annual revenue.
A specialist in blending analytical rigor with practical execution, Doug has a proven track record of managing and leading high-performing teams across diverse business models, including DTC and retail hybrid models. His career is rooted in accountability and measurable outcomes, ensuring that every strategic initiative—from customer acquisition to brand development—is directly aligned with profitable, sustainable growth.

She leads a responsive, knowledgeable team dedicated to high ROI performance. Passionate about client success, Nichole immerses herself in each client’s business, becoming a trusted advisor. With expertise in traditional and direct response advertising, she excels in cross-functional management.
Outside the office, Nichole enjoys beach time with her husband and three children, and keeps up with her dog, Mason.
